Photography

By booking an appointment at our salon, you are consenting for your photos/videos to be used on social media, advertising and for educational purposes. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Personal checks, Venmo and cash are not accepted. Cash is welcome for a gratuity

Children

Children are welcome when receiving a service, however, we kindly ask that children are not brought along to the guest appointment. This is for the safety of the child and concerning other salon guests.

Refunds and Color Adjustments

Marigold Salon’s services are non-refundable, however, there are circumstances where an adjustment may need to be made. At Marigold Salon, guest satisfaction is our top priority. If a guest is unsatisfied with their service, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. Please contact the salon within the first week of the service date if there are any issues.

Late Policy

Out of respect for other guests and our stylists’ time, we have a 15-minute late policy. If a guest is 15 minutes late or more, they may be asked to shorten their service time or be asked to reschedule their appointment to another time. In the case of a need to reschedule, there may be a charge for 50% of the missed service, which will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Cancellations and No Shows

We understand emergencies happen and life gets in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. A cancel, reschedule, or no-show within the 24 hour time-frame will constitute a charge of 50% of the service. If you choose to not pay your invoice, future appointments will be canceled until the balance is paid in full. 

We will not share mobile information or personally identifiable information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
